U-3041 was a Type XXI submarine in service with the Kriegsmarine. AG Weser, Bremen laid her keel on 7 December 1944. Launched on 13 February 1945, she entered service on 10 March 1945.
She was one of 118 ships of her class. The class followed the Type VII and was succeeded by the Type XXVI.
The boat displaced 1,595 long tons surfaced and 1,790 long tons submerged. She measured 76.7 m (252 ft) long with a beam of 8 m (26 ft). Her designed speed was 17.9 knots, and she carried a complement of 57.
Her main battery was four 37 mm (1.5 in) guns.
She served with the Kriegsmarine as U-3041 until 9 May 1945. She then passed to the Soviet Navy, serving as B-29 from 13 February 1946. She was in commission for 60 days of the Second World War. She was struck from the register on 25 September 1958.
She was broken up for scrap.
