HMS Valiant was a Queen Elizabeth-class battleship in service with the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number 1914. Her keel was laid at Fairfields, Govan on 31 January 1913. She entered service on 19 February 1916, having been launched on 4 November 1914.

Her class ran to five ships. The class followed the Iron Duke-class battleship and was succeeded by the Revenge-class battleship.

She displaced 32,590 long tons standard and 33,260 long tons at full load. She measured 194.8 m (639 ft) long with a beam of 27.4 m (90 ft). Her designed speed was 24 knots, and she carried a complement of 919.

Her main battery was eight 381 mm (15 in) guns in four twin mountings. 75,000 shp drove four shafts.

She was in commission for 2,193 days of the Second World War.

She was broken up for scrap on 19 March 1948.
