HNLMS O 11 was a O 9-class submarine in service with the Royal Netherlands Navy. Her keel was laid at Fijenoord, Rotterdam on 24 December 1922. Launched on 19 March 1925, she entered service on 18 January 1926.

Her class ran to three ships. The class followed the HNLMS O 8 and was succeeded by the O 12-class submarine.

The boat displaced 483 long tons surfaced and 647 long tons submerged. She measured 54.6 m (179 ft) long with a beam of 5.5 m (18 ft). Her designed speed was 12 knots, and she carried a complement of 29.

Her main battery was one 88 mm (3.5 in) guns.

She was in commission for 187 days of the Second World War.

She was sunk on 6 March 1940. The wreck survives.
