German auxiliary cruiser Widder was a auxiliary cruiser in service with the Kriegsmarine. She carried the pennant number HSK-3. She was named for Neumark. She was built by Howaldtswerke, Kiel. Launched on 21 December 1929, she entered service on 9 December 1939.
Displacement was 16,800 long tons. She measured 152 m (499 ft) long with a beam of 19.2 m (63 ft). Her designed speed was 14 knots, and she carried a complement of 364.
Her main battery was six 150 mm (5.9 in) guns. She carried two aircraft. Her machinery developed 6,200 hp.
She served with the Kriegsmarine as Neumark until 1939. She then passed to the Kriegsmarine from 9 December 1939. She then passed to the Royal Navy from 1945. She then passed to the Kriegsmarine from 1951. She was in commission for 1,112 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned in 1941.
She was wrecked in 1955.
