U-1105 was a submarine in service with the Kriegsmarine. Her keel was laid at Nordseewerke, Emden on 6 July 1943. Launched on 20 April 1944, she entered service on 3 June 1944.
The boat displaced 747 long tons surfaced and 846 long tons submerged. She measured 67.1 m (220 ft) long with a beam of 6.2 m (20 ft). Her designed speed was 17.7 knots, and she carried a complement of 44.
Her main battery was one 88 mm (3.5 in) guns.
She served with the Kriegsmarine as U-1105 until 10 May 1945. She then passed to the Royal Navy, serving as N-16 from 29 June 1945. She then passed to the United States Navy, serving as U-1105 from 1946. She was in commission for 407 days of the Second World War.
She was sunk on 19 September 1949, at 38°08′N 76°33′W. The wreck survives.
