Niki was a Niki-class destroyer built for the Hellenic Navy. She carried the pennant number 1906. Stettiner Vulcan AG laid her keel in 1905. Launched on 30 May 1906, she entered service in 1906.

Her class ran to two ships. The class followed the none and was succeeded by the Aetos-class destroyer.

Displacement was 350 long tons. She measured 67 m (220 ft) long with a beam of 6.1 m (20 ft). Her designed speed was 30 knots.
