Spetsai was a Kountouriotis-class destroyer built for the Hellenic Navy. She carried the pennant number D-83. The ship was named after Spetses Island. She was built by Cantieri Odero. She entered service in 1933, having been launched in 1932.
Her class ran to four ships. The class followed the Navigatori-class destroyer and was succeeded by the Folgore-class destroyer.
She displaced 1,389 long tons standard and 2,050 long tons at full load. She measured 92 m (302 ft) long with a beam of 9.5 m (31 ft). Her designed speed was 38 knots, and she carried a complement of 156.
Her main battery was four 119 mm (4.7 in) guns.
She was in commission for 2,193 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned in 1946.
She was disposed of in 1946. Nothing of her survives.
