HMS Havelock was a Brazilian H-class destroyer built for the Brazilian Navy. She carried the pennant number H88. J. Samuel White, Cowes laid her keel on 30 March 1938. Launched on 16 October 1939, she entered service on 10 February 1940.
Displacement was 1,350 long tons standard and 1,883 long tons at full load. She measured 98.5 m (323 ft) long with a beam of 10.1 m (33 ft). Her designed speed was 36 knots, and she carried a complement of 152. Her main battery was of 120 mm (4.7 in) calibre.
Her machinery developed 34,000 shp through two shafts.
She served with the Brazilian Navy as Jutahy until 5 September 1939. She then passed to the Royal Navy, serving as HMS Havelock from 10 February 1940. She was in commission for 2,035 days of the Second World War.
She was broken up for scrap on 31 October 1946.
