HMS Parthian was a Parthian-class submarine, operated by the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number N75. Her keel was laid at Chatham Dockyard on 30 June 1928. Launched on 22 June 1929, she entered service on 13 January 1931.
Her class ran to four ships. The class followed the Odin-class submarine and was succeeded by the Rainbow-class submarine.
The boat displaced 1,475 long tons surfaced and 2,040 long tons submerged. She measured 79.2 m (260 ft) long with a beam of 8.5 m (28 ft). Her designed speed was 17.5 knots, and she carried a complement of 59.
Her main battery was one 102 mm (4 in) guns.
She was in commission for 1,440 days of the Second World War.
She was sunk on 11 August 1943. The wreck survives.
