HMS Porpoise was a Grampus-class submarine in service with the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number N14. Vickers-Armstrongs, Barrow laid her keel on 22 September 1931. Launched on 30 August 1932, she entered service on 11 March 1933.

Her class ran to six ships. The class followed the River-class submarine and was succeeded by the T class.

The boat displaced 1,768 long tons surfaced and 2,035 long tons submerged. She measured 88.1 m (289 ft) long with a beam of 8.8 m (29 ft). Her designed speed was 15.5 knots, and she carried a complement of 59.

Her main battery was one 102 mm (4 in) guns.

She was in commission for 1,967 days of the Second World War.

She was sunk on 19 January 1945. The wreck survives.
