HMS Viceroy was a destroyer, operated by the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number F99. The ship was named after viceroy. Her keel was laid at John I. Thornycroft & Company, Woolston on 12 December 1916. She entered service on 18 January 1918, having been launched on 17 November 1917.
Displacement was 1,120 long tons. She measured 91.4 m (300 ft) long with a beam of 9.1 m (30 ft). Her designed speed was 36 knots, and she carried a complement of 134. Her main battery was of 102 mm (4.0 in) calibre.
She was in commission for 2,175 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 15 August 1945. She recommissioned in January 1941.
She was broken up for scrap on 15 May 1947.
