HNLMS O 19 was a O 19-class submarine in service with the Royal Netherlands Navy. Her keel was laid at Wilton-Fijenoord, Rotterdam on 15 June 1936. Launched on 22 September 1938, she entered service on 3 July 1939.
She was one of two ships of her class. The class followed the HNLMS O 16 and was succeeded by the O 21-class submarine.
The boat displaced 1,109 long tons surfaced and 1,491 long tons submerged. She measured 80.7 m (265 ft) long with a beam of 7.4 m (24 ft). Her designed speed was 19.5 knots, and she carried a complement of 40.
Her main battery was one 88 mm (3.5 in) guns.
She was in commission for 2,139 days of the Second World War.
She was scuttled on 10 July 1945, at 8°40′N 111°40′E. The wreck survives.
