HNLMS Tromp was a destroyer of the Tromp-class cruiser destroyer leader built for the Royal Netherlands Navy. She carried the pennant number 1937. She was named for Admiral Maarten Tromp. Nederlandsche Scheepsbouw Mij., Amsterdam laid her keel on 17 January 1936. She entered service on 18 August 1938, having been launched on 24 May 1937.

Displacement was 3,400 long tons. She measured 132 m (433 ft) long with a beam of 12.4 m (41 ft). Her designed speed was 33 knots, and she carried a complement of 295.

Her main battery was six 150 mm (5.9 in) guns. She carried one aircraft.

She was in commission for 2,193 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned in 1955.

She was broken up for scrap in 1969.
