Premuda was a destroyer built for the Yugoslav Navy. The ship was named after City of Dubrovnik. Yarrow Shipbuilders laid her keel on 10 June 1930. She entered service in May 1932, having been launched on 11 October 1931.

She displaced 1,880 long tons. She measured 113.2 m (371 ft) long with a beam of 10.7 m (35 ft). Her designed speed was 37 knots, and she carried a complement of 240. Her main battery was of 140 mm (5.5 in) calibre.

She served with the Yugoslav Navy as Dubrovnik until 17 April 1941. She then passed to the Regia Marina, serving as Premuda from February 1942. She then passed to the Kriegsmarine, serving as TA32 from 18 August 1944. She was in commission for 1,428 days of the Second World War.

She was scuttled on 24 April 1945. The wreck survives.
