Antonio Sciesa was a Balilla-class submarine in service with the Regia Marina. Her keel was laid at Odero-Terni-Orlando, Muggiano on 20 October 1925. She was launched on 12 August 1928.

Four ships of the class were built. The Italian submarine Ettore Fieramosca followed.

The boat displaced 1,427 long tons surfaced and 1,874 long tons submerged. She measured 86.5 m (284 ft) long with a beam of 7.8 m (26 ft). Her designed speed was 17.5 knots, and she carried a complement of 77.

Her main battery was one 120 mm (4.7 in) guns. Her machinery developed 4,900 bhp through two shafts.

She was in commission for 1,533 days of the Second World War.

She was scuttled on 12 November 1943. The wreck survives.
