Ciro Menotti was a Bandiera-class submarine, operated by the Regia Marina. She was named for Ciro Menotti. Her keel was laid at Odero-Terni-Orlando, Muggiano in 1928. She was launched on 29 December 1929.

She was one of four ships of her class. The class followed the Pisani-class submarine and was succeeded by the Squalo-class submarine.

The boat displaced 925 long tons surfaced and 1,080 long tons submerged. She measured 69.8 m (229 ft) long with a beam of 7.3 m (24 ft). Her designed speed was 15 knots.

Her main battery was one 102 mm (4.0 in) guns. Her machinery developed 3,000 bhp through two shafts.

She was in commission for 2,193 days of the Second World War.

She was broken up for scrap on 1 February 1948.
