Glauco was a Glauco-class submarine built for the Regia Marina. She carried the pennant number 1935. She was built by Cantieri Riuniti dell'Adriatico, Trieste. She was launched on 5 January 1935.

Two ships of the class were built.

The boat displaced 1,054 long tons surfaced and 1,305 long tons submerged. She measured 73 m (240 ft) long with a beam of 7.2 m (24 ft). Her designed speed was 17 knots.

Her main battery was two 100 mm (3.9 in) guns. 3,000 bhp drove two shafts.

She was in commission for 665 days of the Second World War.

She was scuttled on 27 June 1941. The wreck survives.
