Goffredo Mameli was a Mameli-class submarine in service with the Regia Marina. Cantieri navali Tosi di Taranto, Taranto laid her keel in 1925. She was launched on 9 December 1926.

Four ships of the class were built. The class followed the Micca-class submarine and was succeeded by the Pisani-class submarine.

The boat displaced 810 long tons surfaced and 993 long tons submerged. She measured 64.6 m (212 ft) long with a beam of 6.5 m (21 ft). Her designed speed was 15 knots.

Her main battery was one 102 mm (4.0 in) guns. Her machinery developed 1,550 bhp through two shafts.
