Marcantonio Bragadin was a Bragadin-class submarine in service with the Regia Marina. Cantieri navali Tosi di Taranto, Taranto laid her keel on 3 February 1927. She was launched on 21 July 1929.

Her class ran to two ships. The class followed the Pisani-class submarine and was succeeded by the Italian submarine Pietro Micca.

The boat displaced 833 long tons surfaced and 981 long tons submerged. She measured 68 m (223 ft) long with a beam of 7.1 m (23 ft). Her designed speed was 11.5 knots.

Her main battery was one 102 mm (4.0 in) guns. Her machinery developed 1,500 bhp through two shafts.
