HA. 19 was a Type A Ko-hyoteki-class submarine of the Imperial Japanese Navy. She was built by Kure Naval Dockyard, Kure. She was launched in 1938.

She was the only ship of her class. The Kairyū-class submarine followed.

The boat displaced 46 long tons submerged. She measured 23.9 m (78 ft) long with a beam of 1.8 m (6 ft). Her designed speed was 23 knots.

Her main battery was two 450 mm (17.7 in) guns.

She was in commission for 2,193 days of the Second World War.
