Ha-203 was a Ha-201-class submarine in service with the Imperial Japanese Navy. Her keel was laid at Sasebo Naval Arsenal, Sasebo, Japan on 5 April 1945. Launched on 25 May 1945, she entered service on 20 June 1945.

Ten ships of the class were built. The class followed the Vessel Number 71.

The boat displaced 320 long tons surfaced and 440 long tons submerged. She measured 53 m (174 ft) long with a beam of 4 m (13 ft). Her designed speed was 11.8 knots, and she carried a complement of 26.

Her main battery was two 533 mm (21.0 in) guns.

She was in commission for 74 days of the Second World War.

She was scuttled on 2 September 1945, at 32°37′N 129°17′E. The wreck survives.
