Ro-100 was a Ro-100-class submarine built for the Imperial Japanese Navy. Her keel was laid at Kure Naval Arsenal, Kure, Japan on 30 June 1941. Launched on 6 December 1941, she entered service on 23 September 1942.

She was one of 18 ships of her class.

The boat displaced 601 long tons surfaced and 782 long tons submerged. She measured 60.9 m (200 ft) long with a beam of 6 m (20 ft). Her designed speed was 14.2 knots. Her main battery was of 76 mm (3.0 in) calibre.

Her machinery developed 1,000 bhp.

She was in commission for 500 days of the Second World War. She was struck from the register on 5 February 1944.

She was sunk on 25 November 1943, at 6°50′S 155°58′E. The wreck survives.
