Ro-64 was a submarine of the Type L4 (Ro-60-class) in service with the Imperial Japanese Navy. Her keel was laid at Mitsubishi, Kobe, Japan on 15 October 1923. She entered service on 30 April 1925, having been launched on 19 August 1924.

The boat displaced 1,301 long tons submerged. She measured 78.4 m (257 ft) long with a beam of 7.4 m (24 ft). Her designed speed was 15.7 knots, and she carried a complement of 48.

Her main battery was one 76 mm (3 in) guns.

She was in commission for 2,170 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 10 December 1928. She recommissioned on 1 December 1929. She was struck from the register on 10 August 1945.

She was sunk on 12 April 1945, at 34°14′N 132°16′E. The wreck survives.
