ORP Orzeł was a Orzeł-class submarine built for the Polish Navy. She carried the pennant number 1938. She was named for Eagle. De Schelde, Netherlands laid her keel on 14 August 1936. She entered service on 2 February 1939, having been launched on 15 January 1938.

Two ships of the class were built. The class followed the Wilk-class submarine.

She measured 84 m (276 ft) long with a beam of 6.7 m (22 ft). Her designed speed was 19.4 knots, and she carried a complement of 60. Her main battery was of 105 mm (4.1 in) calibre.

She was in commission for 265 days of the Second World War.

She was sunk on 23 May 1940, at 54°59′N 1°00′E. The wreck survives.
