Opytny was a destroyer, operated by the Soviet Navy. The ship was named after Sergo Ordzhonikidze. Her keel was laid at Shipyard No. 190 (Zhdanov), Leningrad on 26 June 1935. Launched on 8 December 1935, she entered service on 11 September 1941.
Displacement was 1,707 long tons. She measured 113.5 m (372 ft) long with a beam of 10.2 m (33 ft). Her designed speed was 35 knots, and she carried a complement of 262.
Her main battery was three 130 mm (5.1 in) guns. Her machinery developed 70,000 shp through two shafts.
She was in commission for 1,452 days of the Second World War. She was struck from the register on 10 February 1953.
She was broken up for scrap in 1953.
