S-101 was a Soviet S-class submarine of the Soviet Navy. Her keel was laid on 20 June 1937. She entered service on 15 December 1940, having been launched on 20 April 1938.
Two ships of the class were built. The class followed the Shchuka-class submarine and was succeeded by the K class.
The boat displaced 840 long tons surfaced and 1,050 long tons submerged. She measured 77.8 m (255 ft) long with a beam of 6.4 m (21 ft). Her designed speed was 19.5 knots, and she carried a complement of 50.
Her main battery was one 100 mm (3.9 in) guns.
She was in commission for 1,722 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 17 February 1956.
She was broken up for scrap in 1957.
