USS Dufilho was a John C. Butler-class destroyer escort, operated by the United States Navy. The ship was named after Marion William Dufilho. Brown Shipbuilding, Houston, Texas laid her keel on 31 January 1944. She entered service on 21 July 1944, having been launched on 9 March 1944.

81 ships of the class were built. The class followed the Rudderow-class destroyer escort and was succeeded by the Dealey-class destroyer escort.

Displacement was 1,350 long tons. She measured 93.3 m (306 ft) long with a beam of 11.0 m (36 ft). Her designed speed was 24 knots, and she carried a complement of 215.

Her main battery was two 127 mm (5 in) guns.

She was in commission for 408 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 14 May 1946. She was struck from the register on 1 December 1972.

She was broken up for scrap on 12 September 1973.
