USS O-6 was a O-1-class submarine in service with the United States Navy. She carried the pennant number SS-67. Her keel was laid at Fore River Shipbuilding Company, Quincy, Massachusetts on 6 December 1916. Launched on 25 November 1917, she entered service on 12 June 1918.

The boat displaced 520 long tons surfaced and 629 long tons submerged. She measured 52.4 m (172 ft) long with a beam of 5.5 m (18 ft). Her designed speed was 14 knots, and she carried a complement of 29.

Her main battery was one 76 mm (3 in) guns. Her machinery developed 880 bhp.

She was in commission for 2,193 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 9 June 1931. She recommissioned on 4 February 1941. She was struck from the register on 11 October 1945.

She was broken up for scrap on 4 September 1946.
