HMS Tireless was a T-class submarine, operated by the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number P327. Her keel was laid at Portsmouth Dockyard on 30 October 1941. Launched on 19 March 1943, she entered service on 18 April 1945.

She was one of 52 ships of her class. The class followed the Grampus-class submarine and was succeeded by the U class.

The boat displaced 1,290 long tons surfaced and 1,560 long tons submerged. She measured 84.1 m (276 ft) long with a beam of 7.6 m (25 ft). Her designed speed was 15.5 knots, and she carried a complement of 61. Her main battery was of 102 mm (4.0 in) calibre.

She was in commission for 137 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned in August 1963.

She was broken up for scrap in 1968.
