Freccia was a Freccia-class destroyer in service with the Regia Marina. She carried the pennant number 1930. She was named for Arrow. Her keel was laid at Cantiere navale di Riva Trigoso, Riva Trigoso on 20 February 1929. She was launched on 3 August 1930.

Four ships of the class were built. The class followed the Navigatori-class destroyer and was succeeded by the Folgore-class destroyer.

She displaced 1,206 long tons standard and 2,116 long tons at full load. She measured 96.2 m (315 ft) long with a beam of 9.8 m (32 ft). Her designed speed was 30 knots, and she carried a complement of 185.

Her main battery was four 120 mm (4.7 in) guns in two twin mountings. 44,000 hp drove two shafts.

She was in commission for 1,437 days of the Second World War.

She was sunk on 8 August 1943 by aircraft. The wreck survives.
