Domenico Millelire was a Balilla-class submarine of the Regia Marina. She was named for Domenico Millelire. Odero-Terni-Orlando, Muggiano laid her keel on 19 January 1925. She was launched on 19 September 1927.

Her class ran to four ships. The Italian submarine Ettore Fieramosca followed.

The boat displaced 1,427 long tons surfaced and 1,874 long tons submerged. She measured 86.5 m (284 ft) long with a beam of 7.8 m (26 ft). Her designed speed was 17.5 knots, and she carried a complement of 77.

Her main battery was one 120 mm (4.7 in) guns. Her machinery developed 4,900 bhp through two shafts.

She was in commission for 1,308 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 1 April 1943.

She was broken up for scrap.
