Ha-208 was a Ha-201-class submarine in service with the Imperial Japanese Navy. Sasebo Naval Arsenal, Sasebo, Japan laid her keel on 1 May 1945. Launched on 26 May 1945, she entered service on 4 August 1945.
Ten ships of the class were built. The class followed the Vessel Number 71.
The boat displaced 320 long tons surfaced and 440 long tons submerged. She measured 53 m (174 ft) long with a beam of 4 m (13 ft). Her designed speed was 11.8 knots, and she carried a complement of 26.
Her main battery was two 533 mm (21.0 in) guns.
