Perle was a Saphir-class submarine of the Marine Nationale. She carried the pennant number 1935. She was named for Pearl. Arsenal de Toulon, Toulon, France laid her keel in 1931. She entered service on 1 March 1937, having been launched on 30 July 1935.

Her class ran to six ships.

The boat displaced 761 long tons surfaced and 925 long tons submerged. She measured 66 m (217 ft) long with a beam of 7.2 m (24 ft). Her designed speed was 12 knots, and she carried a complement of 42.

Her main battery was one 75 mm (3.0 in) guns.

She was in commission for 1,772 days of the Second World War.

She was sunk on 8 July 1944, at 55°27′N 30°50′W. The wreck survives.
