HMS Bulldog was a B-class destroyer in service with the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number H91. She was named for Bulldog. Swan, Hunter & Wigham Richardson Ltd, Wallsend, United Kingdom laid her keel on 10 August 1929. She was launched on 6 December 1930.

Her class ran to nine ships. The class followed the HMS Ambuscade (D38) and HMS Amazon (D39) and was succeeded by the C and D-class destroyer.

She displaced 1,360 long tons. She measured 98.5 m (323 ft) long with a beam of 9.8 m (32 ft). Her designed speed was 35 knots, and she carried a complement of 142.

Her main battery was four 119 mm (4.7 in) guns. Her machinery developed 34,000 shp.
