Alberto di Giussano was a Giussano-class cruiser, operated by the Regia Marina. The ship was named after Alberto da Giussano. Her keel was laid on 29 March 1928. She entered service on 1 January 1931, having been launched on 27 April 1930.
Her class ran to four ships.
Displacement was 6,467 long tons standard and 6,844 long tons at full load. She measured 169.3 m (555 ft) long with a beam of 15.5 m (51 ft). Her designed speed was 37 knots, and she carried a complement of 507.
Her main battery was eight 152 mm (6.0 in) guns. Her belt armour was 24 mm (0.9 in) and her deck 20 mm. She carried two aircraft.
She was in commission for 834 days of the Second World War.
She was sunk on 13 December 1941. The wreck survives.
