Grecale was a Maestrale-class destroyer, operated by the Regia Marina. She was named for Gregale. Cantieri Navali Riuniti, Ancona laid her keel on 25 September 1931. She was launched on 17 June 1934.

She was one of four ships of her class. The class followed the Folgore-class destroyer and was succeeded by the Oriani-class destroyer.

Displacement was 1,614 long tons standard and 2,208 long tons at full load. She measured 106.7 m (350 ft) long with a beam of 10.2 m (33 ft). Her designed speed was 33 knots, and she carried a complement of 190.

Her main battery was four 120 mm (4.7 in) guns in two twin mountings. 44,000 hp drove two shafts.

She was in commission for 2,193 days of the Second World War. She was struck from the register on 1 July 1965.

She was broken up for scrap in 1965.
