Nicoloso da Recco was a Navigatori-class destroyer, operated by the Regia Marina. The ship was named after Nicoloso da Recco. Cantieri Riuniti dell'Adriatico laid her keel on 14 December 1927. She entered service on 20 May 1930, having been launched on 5 January 1930.
She was one of twelve ships of her class. The class followed the Turbine-class destroyer and was succeeded by the Freccia-class destroyer.
She displaced 1,900 long tons standard and 2,580 long tons at full load. She measured 107.3 m (352 ft) long with a beam of 10.2 m (33 ft). Her designed speed was 32 knots, and she carried a complement of 222.
Her main battery was six 120 mm (4.7 in) guns in three twin mountings. 55,000 hp drove two shafts.
She was in commission for 2,193 days of the Second World War. She was struck from the register on 15 July 1954.
She was broken up for scrap in 1954.
