Pantera was a Leone-class destroyer, operated by the Regia Marina. She was named for Leopard. Gio. Ansaldo & C., Sestri Ponente laid her keel on 19 December 1921. She was launched on 18 October 1924.

Her class ran to three ships.

She displaced 2,195 long tons standard and 2,289 long tons at full load. She measured 113.4 m (372 ft) long with a beam of 10.4 m (34 ft). Her designed speed was 33 knots, and she carried a complement of 204.

Her main battery was eight 120 mm (4.7 in) guns in four twin mountings. 42,000 hp drove two shafts.

She was in commission for 581 days of the Second World War.

She was scuttled on 4 April 1941. The wreck survives.
