Vettor Pisani was a Pisani-class submarine. She was named for Vettor Pisani. Cantiere Navale Triestino, Trieste laid her keel on 18 November 1925. She was launched on 24 November 1927.

She was one of four ships of her class. The class followed the Mameli-class submarine and was succeeded by the Bandiera-class submarine.

The boat displaced 866 long tons surfaced and 1,040 long tons submerged. She measured 68.2 m (224 ft) long with a beam of 6.1 m (20 ft). Her designed speed was 15 knots, and she carried a complement of 48.

Her main battery was one 102 mm (4.0 in) guns. Her machinery developed 3,000 bhp through two shafts.

She was struck from the register on 23 March 1947.

She was broken up for scrap.
