Ha-106 was a Ha-101-class submarine in service with the Imperial Japanese Navy. Her keel was laid at Kawasaki, Senshu and Kobe, Japan on 1 July 1944. She entered service on 15 December 1944, having been launched on 30 October 1944.
She was one of ten ships of her class.
The boat displaced 429 long tons surfaced and 493 long tons submerged. She measured 44.5 m (146 ft) long with a beam of 6.1 m (20 ft). Her designed speed was 10 knots, and she carried a complement of 22.
Her main battery was one 25 mm (1.0 in) guns. Her machinery developed 400 bhp.
She was in commission for 261 days of the Second World War.
She was scuttled on 2 September 1945, at 32°37′N 129°17′E. The wreck survives.
