Ha-108 was a Ha-101-class submarine built for the Imperial Japanese Navy. Kawasaki, Senshu and Kobe, Japan laid her keel on 5 September 1944. Launched on 28 December 1944, she entered service on 6 May 1945.
Ten ships of the class were built.
The boat displaced 429 long tons surfaced and 493 long tons submerged. She measured 44.5 m (146 ft) long with a beam of 6.1 m (20 ft). Her designed speed was 10 knots, and she carried a complement of 22.
Her main battery was one 25 mm (1.0 in) guns. Her machinery developed 400 bhp.
She was in commission for 119 days of the Second World War.
She was scuttled on 2 September 1945, at 32°37′N 129°17′E. The wreck survives.
