USS Hanna was a John C. Butler-class destroyer escort of the United States Navy. Her keel was laid on 23 March 1944. She entered service on 27 January 1945, having been launched on 4 July 1944.

She was one of 81 ships of her class. The class followed the Rudderow-class destroyer escort and was succeeded by the Dealey-class destroyer escort.

She displaced 1,350 long tons. She measured 93.3 m (306 ft) long with a beam of 11.0 m (36 ft). Her designed speed was 24 knots, and she carried a complement of 215.

She was in commission for 218 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 31 May 1946. She was struck from the register on 1 December 1972.

She was broken up for scrap on 3 December 1973.
