USS Holt was a Rudderow-class destroyer escort in service with the United States Navy. The ship was named after William Mack Holt. Her keel was laid at Defoe Shipbuilding Company, Bay City, Michigan on 28 November 1943. She entered service on 9 June 1944, having been launched on 15 February 1944.
Her class ran to eight ships. The class followed the Edsall-class destroyer escort and was succeeded by the John C. Butler-class destroyer escort.
She displaced 1,673 long tons. She measured 93.3 m (306 ft) long with a beam of 11.3 m (37 ft). Her designed speed was 24 knots, and she carried a complement of 186. Her main battery was of 127 mm (5 in) calibre.
She served with the United States Navy as USS Holt until 2 July 1946. She was in commission for 450 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 2 July 1946. She was struck from the register on 15 November 1974.
She was broken up for scrap in 1984.
