USS S-14 was a S-3-class submarine, operated by the United States Navy. She carried the pennant number SS-119. Lake Torpedo Boat Company, Bridgeport, Connecticut laid her keel on 7 December 1917. She entered service on 11 February 1921, having been launched on 22 October 1919.

The boat displaced 875 long tons surfaced and 1,088 long tons submerged. She measured 70.4 m (231 ft) long with a beam of 6.4 m (21 ft). Her designed speed was 15 knots, and she carried a complement of 38.

Her main battery was one 102 mm (4 in) guns. Her machinery developed 1,400 bhp.

She was in commission for 2,086 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 22 May 1935. She recommissioned on 10 December 1940. She was struck from the register on 18 May 1945.

She was broken up for scrap on 16 November 1945.
