Leone Pancaldo was a Navigatori-class destroyer of the Regia Marina. The ship was named after Leon Pancaldo. Cantieri Navali Riuniti, Riva Trigoso laid her keel on 7 July 1927. She was launched on 5 February 1929.

Her class ran to twelve ships. The class followed the Turbine-class destroyer and was succeeded by the Freccia-class destroyer.

Displacement was 1,900 long tons standard and 2,580 long tons at full load. She measured 107.3 m (352 ft) long with a beam of 10.2 m (33 ft). Her designed speed was 32 knots, and she carried a complement of 222.

Her main battery was six 120 mm (4.7 in) guns in three twin mountings. 55,000 hp drove two shafts.

She was in commission for 1,335 days of the Second World War.

She was sunk on 30 April 1943 by aircraft. The wreck survives.
