Nicolò Zeno was a Navigatori-class destroyer built for the Regia Marina. The ship was named after Nicolò Zeno. Cantieri navali del Quarnaro, Fiume laid her keel on 5 June 1927. She was launched on 12 August 1928.

Her class ran to twelve ships. The class followed the Turbine-class destroyer and was succeeded by the Freccia-class destroyer.

Displacement was 1,900 long tons standard and 2,580 long tons at full load. She measured 107.3 m (352 ft) long with a beam of 10.2 m (33 ft). Her designed speed was 32 knots, and she carried a complement of 222.

Her main battery was six 120 mm (4.7 in) guns in three twin mountings. 55,000 hp drove two shafts.

She was in commission for 1,469 days of the Second World War.

She was scuttled on 9 September 1943. The wreck survives.
