Ha-103 was a Ha-101-class submarine in service with the Imperial Japanese Navy. Mitsubishi, Kobe, Japan laid her keel on 29 June 1944. Launched on 21 October 1944, she entered service on 3 February 1945.

Ten ships of the class were built.

The boat displaced 429 long tons surfaced and 493 long tons submerged. She measured 44.5 m (146 ft) long with a beam of 6.1 m (20 ft). Her designed speed was 10 knots, and she carried a complement of 22.

Her main battery was one 25 mm (1.0 in) guns. Her machinery developed 400 bhp.

She was in commission for 211 days of the Second World War.

She was scuttled on 2 September 1945, at 32°30′N 128°40′E. The wreck survives.
