USS Rednour was a destroyer escort of the Rudderow-class destroyer escort, as ordered in service with the United States Navy. The ship was named after Forrest O. Rednour. Bethlehem-Hingham Shipyard, Inc., Hingham, Massachusetts laid her keel on 30 December 1943. Launched on 12 February 1944, she entered service on 30 December 1944.

Eight ships of the class were built. The class followed the Edsall-class destroyer escort and was succeeded by the John C. Butler-class destroyer escort.

She displaced 2,130 long tons. She measured 93.3 m (306 ft) long with a beam of 11.3 m (37 ft). Her designed speed was 23 knots, and she carried a complement of 204. Her main battery was of 127 mm (5 in) calibre.

She served with the United States Navy as USS Rednour (APD-102) until 24 July 1946. She was in commission for 248 days of the Second World War. She was decommissioned on 24 July 1946. She was struck from the register on 1 March 1967.

She was transferred in December 1969.
