HMS Mourne was a River-class frigate in service with the Royal Navy. She was named for River Mourne. Her keel was laid at Smiths Dock Co., South Bank-on-Tees on 21 March 1942. Launched on 24 September 1942, she entered service on 30 April 1943.
She was one of 15 ships of her class. The Loch-class frigate followed.
She displaced 1,370 long tons standard and 1,830 long tons at full load. She measured 86.3 m (283 ft) long with a beam of 11.1 m (37 ft). Her designed speed was 20 knots, and she carried a complement of 107. Her main battery was of 102 mm (4.0 in) calibre.
She was in commission for 414 days of the Second World War.
She was sunk on 15 June 1944 by torpedo, at 49°35′N 5°30′W. The wreck survives.
