HMS Olympus was a Odin-class submarine of the Royal Navy. She carried the pennant number N35. She was named for Olympus. William Beardmore and Company laid her keel on 14 April 1927. Launched on 11 December 1928, she entered service on 14 June 1930.

Eight ships of the class were built. The class followed the L class and was succeeded by the Parthian-class submarine.

The boat displaced 1,781 long tons surfaced and 2,038 long tons submerged. She measured 86.3 m (283 ft) long with a beam of 5.8 m (19 ft). Her designed speed was 17.5 knots, and she carried a complement of 53.

Her main battery was one 102 mm (4 in) guns.

She was in commission for 980 days of the Second World War.

She was sunk on 8 May 1942 by mine, at 35°55′N 14°35′E. The wreck survives.
